Vehicle Crashes Into Occupied Home in North Lauderdale

A family in North Lauderdale was forced out of their home after a car crashed into it. NBC 6’s Jamie Guirola reports.

A vehicle crashed into an occupied house Monday afternoon in North Lauderdale.

The crash happened before 2 p.m. in the 1000 block of SW 76th Avenue.

The Broward Sheriff's Office said no one was injured. It's unknown how many people were inside the house at the time of the crash.

Footage from Chopper 6 shows a man detained on the front lawn of the residence. The driver is getting a criminal citation for not having a license, according to BSO.
