Construction of Pump Station to Rehydrate Coastal Wetlands Underway

In an effort to help restore the Everglades Ecosystem, construction of a large pump station has officially begun to help rehydrate coastal wetlands and prevent too much freshwater discharge into Biscayne Bay. NBC 6’s Lorena Inclan reports.
