The bar in Downtown Miami provides all the equipment, including axes that range in size up to three pounds. The sharp tool normally used to split, shape and cut wood now being used as a sport or just to throw down.

"At the beginning, you're quite nervous, but upon the release, it's exhilarating," said general manager Quincy Bey. "Especially after hitting your mark you feel a level of accomplishment."

This axe range goes beyond the standard target boards. It's also digital with target technology.

"Our in-house engineers designed and coded this game themselves," Bey said. "It takes us from ordinary to extraordinary. This separates us from all of our competition."
