Fallout From North Miami Police Chief's Comments on Shooting

North Miami leaders want to assure the public they can trust the city’s police department, following comments made by Chief Gary Eugene on the shooting of an unarmed man last summer. North Miami’s mayor said the City’s still investigating what happened last summer but he also said that the police department has come a long way since the shooting.
