A Miami man was arrested on Saturday, accused of abusing his stepchild and even putting a dog collar on the child's neck, records showed.
Zachary Perez, 42, was charged with aggravated child abuse with great bodily harm.

WATCH HEREAccording to the bond court proceedings, Perez put a collar on his 6-year-old stepchild and dragged him, pulled the child to the ground, kicked the child in the stomach and hit the child with a tree branch for two days.
An arrest report said Perez also punched the child in the face numerous times, causing several bruises.

A judge denied Perez's bond on Sunday. He is expected to appear in court again on Monday.
