A Miami Shores neighborhood was disrupted after federal agents swarmed a home early Tuesday morning.
Authorities confirmed there is a Department of Homeland Security and IRS investigation at the home on Northwest 5th Avenue. Agents had responded just before 6 a.m. and at least one agent was seen carrying what looked like a box of evidence out of the home.
The details of the investigation weren't released, but neighbors said they woke up to flash bangs and saw agents swarming the home.
Two men were handcuffed at the scene. One of the men was later let out of handcuffs and said he was asleep when the agents arrived.
"US Marshal come up there and do they job, I don't know what they looking for so I just chill out," the man said. "Say 'alright, put your hands up!' I put my hand up, ain't nothing wrong with this."
