Rickie Hoggings was arrested after police say he exposed himself to a group of kids at a playground in Sunrise.
A man was arrested Thursday for allegedly exposing his genitals to a group of juveniles at a Sunrise playground.
Rickie Levon Hoggins, 30, was arrested Thursday by Sunrise Police for an incident which occurred on Jan. 31 in the 5000 block of Northwest 17th Place in Sunrise.
According to police, a group of juvenile girls were playing in a park when a Jeep approached them. The driver of the car stepped out, lowered his pants, and began to masturbate, exposing himself to the group of girls.
Hoggins' bond has been set at $500,000 and he faces charges of lewd and lascivious exhibition.
