Officials are investigating after a man caught on camera beating on another car claims he was hit by the driver before the vehicle fled the scene.

Seconds later, the car that was being punched by the man flees the scene with the alleged victim following behind.
Doral Police have not released additional details on the case, but say they were given a tag number for the alleged hit-and-run driver and are searching for them at this time.
