The Broward Sheriff's Office have identified a man who was found dead in the Intracoastal waters of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea early Friday morning.
Authorities said the body of William J. Weaver was discovered by a jogger at around 6:10 a.m. on Friday. The jogger saw a body floating in the water near 4401 W. Tradewinds Ave. in what appeared to be a fatal drowning.
Weaver was 32 years old, authorities said.
