Police responded after a small plane made an emergency landing on the beach at Miami Beach Tuesday afternoon.
The plane landed in the area of 57th Street, officials said. No injuries were reported.

The pilot told officers he was having engine problems, Miami Beach Police said.
Footage showed beachgoers standing around the plane, which was parked in the sand just steps from the ocean.
No other details were immediately known.
