A 16-year-old alleged gang member has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a toddler in Jacksonville.

The Florida Times-Union reports that Henry Hayes IV was arrested Thursday and is being charged as an adult with murder for the death of 22-month-old Aiden McClendon.
