A toddler had to be airlifted to the hospital Tuesday after falling from a window in Coral Springs.
Coral Springs Fire Department reports that the 3-year-old fell from a second story window at the Visconti Apartment Complex, located in the 9000 block of Atlantic Blvd. in Coral Springs.
He landed on an air conditioning unit and had a gash on his head, officials said.
The child was transported via helicopter to Broward Health Medical Center for possible trauma. He is currently getting x-rays and has some minor lacerations. The child was expected to be okay.
