Where Will the Money for the Broward COVID Vax Bonuses Come From?

Earlier this week, Broward County’s government announced it will be offering bonuses to employees who get the COVID-19 vaccine. But where is the county getting the money to pay the bonuses? NBC 6’s Ari Odzer reports
