Windy weather may have interrupted some weekend plans across South Florida.

There was a wind advisory for coastal Broward and Miami-Dade until 11 a.m. Sunday for easterly gusts up to 35 mph.

Broward and Miami-Dade beachgoers were set to encounter dangerous rip currents again on Sunday. A high rip current risk remains in effect through Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service of Miami.
