Biden Says He Won't ‘Speculate' About Trump's Walter Reed Visit

Joe Biden was asked about a claim in New York Times reporter Michael Schmidt’s forthcoming book that Vice President Mike Pence was asked to be on “standby” in 2019 when President Donald Trump visited Walter Reed hospital. “I’m not going to speculate on what it means,” Biden said. “What I can say is nothing this administration does is normal, and I’m not being facetious when I say that.”
