7-Year-Old Saves Drowning Toddler

Seven-year-old Cesar Galeana was walking past the pool at his apartment complex when he heard a splash and spotted something through the fence — a toddler who was face-down underwater. Cesar rushed over and rescued the 2-year-old, and now first responders are calling him a hero.
