‘Black Panther' Author Talks Why He Left the South and Why He'll Return

George Washington University Professor Jesse Holland wrote the first novel featuring the DC Comics superhero the Black Panther. Now he’s authored the second chapter in the “Represent” digital series, “Heritage.” Holland tells his story of growing up on his family’s farm in Mississippi, why he left and why he plans to return.
