France Elects Centrist Emmanuel Macron as President

France elected a new president, the country’s youngest ever. Centrist independent candidate Emmanuel Macron, 39, is the clear winner, defeating far-right candidate Marine Le Pen by a huge margin on May 7, 2017. NBC’s Matt Bradley reports from Paris.
