Man Who Stole Running Car With Sleeping Toddler Still At Large

A man who stole a running car with a 3-year-old girl asleep in the backseat on Tuesday is still on the loose in Fresno, California. The suspect took the car as the girl’s father stood nearby in a parking lot discussing auto repair work, and later dropped the toddler off on the side of the road; a passerby stayed with her until authorities arrived. The car is a 2006 Honda Accord.
