LeGrier Called 911 Three Times Before Fatal Shooting

Quintonio LeGrier called 911 three times for assistance before he was eventually fatally shot by police, but officers were not initially dispatched, according to the body that investigates police shootings. NBC 5’s Phil Rogers reports.
