Leahy: Is Senate ‘Sending Signal' to Abuse Victims to Not Come Forward?

Sen. Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., said that victims of sexual assault will be negatively affected if Judge Brett Kavanaugh is confirmed to the Supreme Court after Dr. Christine Blasey Ford testified that she was assaulted by Kavanaugh in high school.
