Statue of Black Man on Horse Unveiled in Virginia

Virginia is home to more Confederate memorials than any other state. For many, they are reminders of a painful history. But a new statue in Richmond is designed to offer a different take on who should be atop a monument. Northern Virginia Bureau Chief Julie Carey reports.
