WATCH: WWII Vet Finally Receives 10 Overdue Medals

A World War II veteran in Bakersfield, California received ten long-delayed medals, including the Purple Heart for being wounded in combat, and the Silver Star, which is the third-highest military decoration for valor for a member of the U.S. armed forces.
