Democrats Talk Economy on Day One of DNC

In downtown Charlotte Tuesday, protesters were outside of the Democratic National Convention and said they’re not happy with the way President Barack Obama is running the county. Inside, Obama plans to trumpet the economy without alienating the millions of Americans who are still struggling. Florida Democrats sent 365 delegates to the convention, 300 of who will vote. NAACP president Benjamin Jealous said the Democrats will bring forth a plan to get people back to work.
