Sen. Rick Scott's Claim on Build Back Better Bill

Congress is still debating one of President Biden’s top priorities — a social spending bill called “Build Back Better.” It’s passed the House, but does not have the votes in the Senate. Republicans have criticized it for being too expensive, but Florida Sen. Rick Scott is making a claim on another front. NBC 6’s Phil Prazan reports.
