Charges Dropped Against Man Accused of Attempted Abductions in Miami

Charges have been dropped against a man accused of trying to kidnap several children in Miami dating back to last year, his attorney said Friday. Marshawn Andrews, 25, was arrested on Dec. 23 on multiple charges.
