Florida Man Accused of Intentionally Hitting Elderly Volunteer With Car at School

A Florida man was arrested after he intentionally struck an elderly man with his car at a Pasco County elementary school Tuesday morning. Lawrence Dean Franklin, 34, was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery with a vehicle on a person over 65 years old following the incident at Calusa Elementary School, Pasco County Sheriff’s Office officials said.
