2 Suspects Arrested in Deaths of Elderly Couple

Two suspects have been arrested in the deaths of Phil and Barbara Russo, an elderly couple found dead inside their Deerfield Beach home. Rosario Melici and another man are charged in the deaths, according to the BSO. Friend Rita Masi comments.
