For decades, Cubans in South Florida have been helping loved ones on the island by sending money and products that are hard for them to get. NBC 6 Responds heard from more than 50 people who say they used a Miami shipping business to deliver goods to the island with a promise they’d get there within four months. But a year later, the items hadn’t arrived.
