Arrests Made in Shooting Death of Homebuyer

A man accused of killing a potential home buyer in Fort Lauderdale and his accomplice were behind bars Thursday, authorities said. Vincent Reniard Stanley, 51, is facing a first-degree murder charge in the shooting death of 51-year-old Kenol Jean, Broward Sheriff’s Office officials said. Stanley, of Lauderhill, was being held without bond Thursday. It was unknown if he has an attorney. His alleged accomplice, 48-year-old Israel Brown, was charged with accessory after the fact and was being held on $15,000 bond, records showed.
