Beliebers Stake Out Justin's Miami Beach Orchid House

Several dozen “Beliebers” camped out overnight into the early hours of Friday morning outside the swanky Orchid House on South Beach, where Justin Bieber was believed to be staying after his DUI arrest. NBC 6’s Bobby Brooks is on the Bieber beat.
