Broward Man Wanted on Child Pornography Charges Found Watching Kids at Splash Park: BSO

A Broward man who was wanted on child pornography charges was found watching children playing at a splash pad in Pompano Beach, authorities said. Patrick Brogie, 55, was arrested Wednesday on child pornography charges after he was found at the splash pad.
