Broward Sheriff ‘Sympathetic' to Video of Tamarac Arrest

Broward Sheriff Gregory Tony said he is “sympathetic” and promises to conduct a “thorough investigation” into the viral video of a BSO deputy beating a teen while arresting him. NBC 6’s Willard Shepard reports.
