City, County Reopening Plans in Miami-Dade Cause Confusion

Many in South Florida say they live in Miami — but in terms of jurisdiction, they may not actually live within the city of Miami and instead live in unincorporated Miami-Dade County. This is all causing some confusion now that each city and the county have announced their reopening plans. NBC 6’s Steve Litz reports.
