Clumsy College Student Ends Up Injured While Allegedly Trying to Bribe Cop at Ultra

A man who didn’t have tickets to Ultra Music Fest tried to bribe his way in, but ended up in handcuffs with a busted lip, according to police. Rodrigo Ruvalcaba, 23, was arrested Sunday night after he was turned away at gates outside the Ultra Music Fest in Downtown Miami.
