Cyclist Struck and Killed by Car in Plantation

Authorities are investigating after a bicyclist was struck and killed in Plantation Monday morning. The incident happened at the intersection of Sunrise Boulevard and University Drive just after 5 a.m. The cyclist, 72-year-old Larry Cumbie, was pronounced dead at the scene.
