Departure Day for Cartwright; New Acting Superintendent Named

The tenure of Dr. Vickie Cartwright as the superintendent of the Broward school district has come to an end after she agreed to revisions in her separation agreement and submitted her resignation Tuesday. NBC 6’s Ari Odzer reports
