DNA Clears Man in Miami-Dade Rape Case, 2nd Man Arrested

An 18-year-old man arrested in the kidnapping and rape of a teen in Miami-Dade was cleared of all charges Wednesday after DNA evidence exonerated him of the crime, while a second man has been arrested in the alleged incident.
