Family of Woman Killed on I-95 Sues Man They Say Was Motorcyclist

The family of Jennifer St. Clair, the woman who was killed after she fell off the back of a motorcycle on I-95, is suing the man they say was operating the bike. NBC 6’s Steve Litz reports.
