Family Says They Know Identity of Motorcyclist in I-95 Incident

The family of Jennifer St. Clair says they know the name of the motorcyclist who they say left the scene after she fell off while riding on I-95. The family said they are also suing the man, who they identified as Miles Mcchesney.
