Father Turns Self In After Toddler Missing Since July 2011: Police

Calvin Melvin Jr. turned himself in to Hallandale Beach Police Thursday night to answer questions about the whereabouts of his missing 23-month-old toddler, Dontrell but little was clarified about the case. Hallandale Beach Police Police Chief Dwayne Flournoy comments on the case.
