Charter School Sued After Teen Allegedly Abused by Substitute

A family is suing Ben Gamla Charter School in Hollywood, alleging that it didn’t do anything to protect a teen who was allegedly sexually abused by Roman Jose Fondon Jr., a former substitute teacher. NBC 6’s Willard Shepard reports.
