Good Samaritan Helps Track Down Hit-and-Run Driver

A good Samaritan helped authorities track down a driver who was involved in a hit-and-run crash in Miami-Dade Saturday. Osmar Ramirez said he watched the entire scene play out as he was walking back to the gym in the 11800 block of Southwest 26th Street.
