Hallandale Beach Cop Accused of Pawning PD Equipment

A Hallandale Beach police officer accused of pawning department-issued equipment is facing criminal charges, authorities said. Officer Yan Kleyman turned himself in to the Broward County jail Friday to face a charge of dealing in stolen property, Hallandale Beach Police Chief Sonia Quinones announced.
