Incinerator concerns remain after Pembroke Pines approves waste disposal plan

Pembroke Pines has approved an agreement with a different waste disposal company, but there is concern the vote wouldn’t do anything to prevent an incinerator from going up nearby. NBC6’s Laura Rodriguez reports
