Man Accused of Groping Blind Broward College Student

A man is facing charges after police say he was caught on camera groping a blind student at Broward College. Dovaun Erdane Fuller, 23, was arrested Friday on charges of battery, stalking, abuse of a disabled adult and violation of probation, according to a Davie Police arrest report.
