Man Arrested in Robbery, Shooting of Swedish Student in Wynwood: Police

Police said they’ve arrested one of the the men who ambushed and shot a Swedish student during a robbery in Wynwood earlier this months. Devin Lewis, 25, was arrested by Miami Police Thursday in the June 7 shooting of 28-year-old Frank Hammar, officials said.
