Man Attacked Miami Beach Tourists With Hammer: Cops

A man is facing charges after police say he forced his way into a Miami Beach apartment wielding a hammer and attacked two Colombian tourists during a home invasion robbery Saturday morning. Jeremy Rivers, 33, was arrested Wednesday on charges of attempted felony murder and home invasion robbery with a deadly weapon, according to an arrest report.
