Man Left Explicit Letters on Cars in Aventura: Police

A man accused of leaving “disturbing and explicit” handwritten notes on women’s cars in an Aventura shopping center has been arrested, authorities said. Cavakia Therlonge, 41, was arrested Friday on a charge of loitering or prowling, Aventura police said.
