Man Wanted in Gas Pump Skimming Scheme

A Cuban man wanted by the FBI for allegedly operating a gas pump skimming scheme in Northern Virginia may have fled to Miami, authorities said. Osvaldo Bello Villanueva, believed to be 43, was indicted earlier this year on charges including conspiracy to commit access device fraud, access device fraud, and aggravated identity theft, FBI officials said.
